monday outing

once again, a holiday for the children as well as the staff of st anne's church kindergarten today due to a make-up for hari raya... therefore, i had a date with caroline, veronica, grace and her two children... i met caroline at about 920am and then we went down to meet veronica... but on our way there, we realized the destination we wanted to go (Yum Cha) opens only at 11am... so dumb... hahaha.. then, we decided to go mac to chill and at the same time, wait for grace...

it was so funny because before grace arrived, we discussed and agreed on another place to eat; Red Star Hotel... it's a dim sum shop too... well, food was not that bad... hahaa... then, after we finished eating, caroline left to meet her mother while the rest of us decided to explore vivo city... hahaa... but main reason was because veron wanted to buy donuts... haha..

so, when we reached vivo, we went to some window shopping... shops like Zara, Addidas... i donno the rest lah~.. branded stores which i dont think i would ever own them... hahaa... so, i will use photos to own them... hahaaha...

here's one that i really like... i just wonder, do i really like strips shirt? haha.. they just catch my eye... okay, comments?
this is another one.. it's actually brown in colour and grace says this makes me very very thin...
and this is from another shop... but so sad, they condemned me lah~! even the kids said it's not nice.. hahaha... well, i just dont have sense of fashion... weee...~!!
so, after walking here and there, we decided to go get some donuts and go home... and these are what i bought...
strawberry, penut butter, 2 chocolates, royal cheese and sweety cheese... i hope they are nice... hasnt eaten them... okay... better start doing my year-end developmental checklist for my class... come to think about that......... *headache*
i wonder what my magnet is doing...

long time no see

nothing beats a great day with your loved ones . and yesterday was no better than any other days after that day he came over my place. i really miss him. yesterday, friday, i prepared myself to visit my long-time-no-see Sotaro and anthony accompanied me. we supposed to blade there. here's the thing. last week, i planned to visit Sotaro but it rained. so i had to reluctantly canceled it. then again, when we were ready to set off, the sky grew grey, and then dark, and same went my heart, down sinking. nothing i could have done than to pray to my loving Heavenly Father. as we set off rollar blading there, we suddenly were able to see the sky turned blue and i was so grateful. i can tell you, for the past few days it rained, today was not spared. but i faithfully believed that it was through the hands of God that held the rain back. a special birthday for a special boy!

 the day i anticipated eagerly was finally here. i brought Jos out after awaiting for this opportunity since months ago. just needed time and space to spend with him because we've got so much to talk about, and believe me, you can talk to him like an adult. and since it was his birthday, i took the opportunity to seek permission to take him out for a breather.   i met him early the morning and brought him out for breakfast first. Kopitiam's half-boiled eggs, siew mai and hot breverages.    we then set off the our destination. it was a surprise for him so i didnt reveal our directions or alighting point. he just followed obediently.   and then, before we knew, we found ourselves 15 levels above ground. :) i took him on a journey to see life from a different perspective. and we were looking down from a bird's eye view.   cheese! so many things we can see from the top. it was just a very different experience.   not ...

time please dont fly

as time flies, people grows bigger and older... well, at times, how we wished that we could stop time and admire or appreciate people dearest to you... and as parents, i believe you all feel the same as me too... hoping that the child you are carrying in your arms will always be in your arms and not to grow up... but we cant... and here goes my boy i knew since he was k1 (2004)... i never fail to attend his birthday party he invited every year... i've seen him grow since then... and i meant it... grow, Grow, GROW!!! and today, i saw him with his sister in the library... haha... and as usual, i would cover his eyes from the back and asked "wo shi sei?" which means who am i... and without failing, he would guessed it, let alone today... haha... look at his belly... haha~ =p so, by looking at the next photo, hasnt he grew? that's him in 2004... well? . . . . . . . . haiz... one more week left of school... not that i wont have any more income, you think i care? i know ...
