a special birthday for a special boy!

the day i anticipated eagerly was finally here. i brought Jos out after awaiting for this opportunity since months ago. just needed time and space to spend with him because we've got so much to talk about, and believe me, you can talk to him like an adult. and since it was his birthday, i took the opportunity to seek permission to take him out for a breather.

i met him early the morning and brought him out for breakfast first. Kopitiam's half-boiled eggs, siew mai and hot breverages.

we then set off the our destination. it was a surprise for him so i didnt reveal our directions or alighting point. he just followed obediently.

and then, before we knew, we found ourselves 15 levels above ground. :) i took him on a journey to see life from a different perspective. and we were looking down from a bird's eye view.

cheese!
so many things we can see from the top. it was just a very different experience.

not long after we were high above the ground, we found ourselves far below it. and if you were still guessing, we went opposite of over ground. yup, Underground.. the underwater wold.

the sea creature that looks weird.
it was eye-opening to see more than just sharks and fishes.
cant deny that these amazed me. the jelly fishes.
 the stunning transparent jelly fishes.
we were lucky to catch the a diver feeding the fishes.
we stayed around till it was 2pm. we headed down to the area where we watched a fabulous and interesting performance. it was cute and hilarious, especially where the sea lions did many entertaining moves. also, the dolphins were very elegant and graceful as they swam and leaped out of the water.
what an adventurous and packed day. as the time hit near 3pm, we had to say good-bye to sentosa because Jos had to attend his swimming lesson. so we left. but before that, we snapped a shot with the incredible shark! =D
just as we were about to head back to the cable car, we met the angry birds and we decided to have a pic with them..

we just have to count ourselves lucky, and i thank God for His blessings as he gave us a good weather and even to ride the angry bird cable car back even though we didnt pay for that. awesome!

after his swimming lessons, we went Kungfu Paradise for dinner.
and i planned a surprise for jos. i had both jerry and mel down to icing room to make a bday cake for jos and here's their "wonderful and talented" creation. unique in its own way. but honestly, im thankful they did me this big favour, and also to this jos who was surprised to see another two of his teachers there to sing bday song for him.. feel the love boy? haha..
and so, this wrapped up a long and tiring day filled with many emotions and fond memories and surprises.
just remember my wish for you, boy. :) smile and be happy, because you truly deserve it.

 and well well well,
i think both angel and i are back together.
had a good last day of sept holi with him,
watching over him during nap time
and playing soccer with him.
but not pinning high hopes that things will sustain.
but lesson learnt,
that i should always seek Ye first the kingdom of God.
love you, Jesus!!
