woke up very early. one of the reason was because......

yup.. my god-son, who wanted to go church with me.. i got ready and waited for him at the bus stop while his dad drove him to meet me...

church was great.. played piano for kid's ministry... and of course, got to hug my kids!! caught up with some of them too...

it was just great to see your kids grow up.. spoke to some and they really were matured.. i was so joyous and touched at the same time.. donno why la... hahaha.. i just love the short time spent together.

and after church, i brought my boy to my auntie's house where he played so much. haha.. bet he had lots of fun.. my sis snapped a shot of him and my cousin.. think they match each other.. haha.. should post one day!

Tues

we were *forced* to take half day leave.. so, in order not to waste this half day leave, i planned my day well..

first, of course, my kids in st annes... i took a cab to st anne's once i was dismissed at about 1215pm.. and there, i saw my kids even before i entered the school.. many were shouting "TEACHER JOEYYY~!!!" and waved... but the funny thing was, i received the most SALUTES in a day man... hahah.. many of my kids saluted me... of course, i had to return the salute.. funny sia, i not officer, but pai seh to tell them.. the kids also know nothing about ranks.. so... ya... hahaha... i really miss them to the max.. just unfortunate that today, the kids didnt play soccer.. haha..

Josiah again. while waiting for chinese speech and drama, extra classes after school. ReuBEN!! haha... kept calling me.. "hi, hi.."
Isaac!! thanks for dancing for me to see!! haha.. and it's so precious cuz he's so shy and i didnt expect him to dance in front of the entire class!! *applauds!*Si Yin and Josiah! waiting for their class...and of course, my god-son.. hahaha..

i regretted not having the time to take photo with Johanan.. but of course, he hugged me like 10000times.. hahaha.. and i helped 2 classes with their year-end concert dance.. felt good to be teaching again.. and even better, it was dance.. haha.. if i had more time, i would have taken more photos and hugs.. but i'm satisfied..!

went CP with some teachers and principal.. looked around for concert costume before we settled in ya kun for a drink and chat.. haha..

after that, i took the time to visit one of my longtimenosee kid.. hahah.. chatted for a few minutes before i had to rush home.. miss him too!~had a fruitful day out!!

long time no see

nothing beats a great day with your loved ones . and yesterday was no better than any other days after that day he came over my place. i really miss him. yesterday, friday, i prepared myself to visit my long-time-no-see Sotaro and anthony accompanied me. we supposed to blade there. here's the thing. last week, i planned to visit Sotaro but it rained. so i had to reluctantly canceled it. then again, when we were ready to set off, the sky grew grey, and then dark, and same went my heart, down sinking. nothing i could have done than to pray to my loving Heavenly Father. as we set off rollar blading there, we suddenly were able to see the sky turned blue and i was so grateful. i can tell you, for the past few days it rained, today was not spared. but i faithfully believed that it was through the hands of God that held the rain back. THANK YOU GOD!!! we reached punggol early, so anthony stayed downstairs while i went up sotaro's house to meet him. when i was just outside his house, ...

a special birthday for a special boy!

the day i anticipated eagerly was finally here. i brought Jos out after awaiting for this opportunity since months ago. just needed time and space to spend with him because we've got so much to talk about, and believe me, you can talk to him like an adult. and since it was his birthday, i took the opportunity to seek permission to take him out for a breather. i met him early the morning and brought him out for breakfast first. Kopitiam's half-boiled eggs, siew mai and hot breverages. we then set off the our destination. it was a surprise for him so i didnt reveal our directions or alighting point. he just followed obediently. and then, before we knew, we found ourselves 15 levels above ground. :) i took him on a journey to see life from a different perspective. and we were looking down from a bird's eye view. cheese! so many things we can see from the top. it was just a very different experience. not ...

time please dont fly

as time flies, people grows bigger and older... well, at times, how we wished that we could stop time and admire or appreciate people dearest to you... and as parents, i believe you all feel the same as me too... hoping that the child you are carrying in your arms will always be in your arms and not to grow up... but we cant... and here goes my boy i knew since he was k1 (2004)... i never fail to attend his birthday party he invited every year... i've seen him grow since then... and i meant it... grow, Grow, GROW!!! and today, i saw him with his sister in the library... haha... and as usual, i would cover his eyes from the back and asked "wo shi sei?" which means who am i... and without failing, he would guessed it, let alone today... haha... look at his belly... haha~ =p so, by looking at the next photo, hasnt he grew? that's him in 2004... well? . . . . . . . . haiz... one more week left of school... not that i wont have any more income, you think i care? i know ...
